Damp and Mould Issues

This is an extremely common problem with rented properties. The extent of the problem varies from case to case but rest assured, if not dealt with, it will only get worse.

We have come across many cases where the tenant has reported mould in a corner and has simply been advised to open a window from time to time or told to move furniture away from the wall where a tide mark is rising up from the ground. These measures will of course help slow down the effects of the issue but it will not solve it.
